Abstract
This year's ICEP was held as entitled "ICEP-IAAC (IMAPS ALL Asia Conferece) 2012" in Tokyo. It is extraordinary topics for Jisso (Packaging Technology) that electronics manufacturing center has been transferred from Japan to the east Asia. But, related all Asia Jisso conference had not been held in Asia area. Any way, the meaning of the first IAAC is great and IMAPS HQ had proposed the idea.
