92.フェノールの水-メタノール抽出におけるフェノール-メタノール-水クラスターの構造

In order to clarify the role of methanol on methanol-mediated extraction, clustering structures of phenol and solvents were studied using mass spectrometer for clusters. In 50wt% H_2O-MeOH solution, the molecular ratio of 1:1 was relatively stable. A phenol molecule in the solution seemed to be surrounded by 6-8 MeOH molecules. These results suggested that MeOH acted as a kind of surface-active agent.
