As a result of researches on the actual conditions of sailing of small power-driven vessels, by eye-observations and a memo-motion camera, in and around the berthes for sightseeing vessels in Toba Ko, sailing rules and sailing areas by these vessels was known approximately, and so we considered the order of sailing rules and the arrangement of sailing areas in and around these berthes.
