抄録

With the aim of popularizing dark tourism in unaffected areas for the purpose of clarifying disaster prevention effects and problems at the stages of "planning", "development", "implementation", and "improvement" of natural disaster dark tourism, this paper develops action research to gain insights from joint implementation between Choshi Geopark and local residents. We could organize the problems and utility of this tourism and first solidify the framework in this tourism. In conclusion, part of the tragedy in areas due to natural disaster may act as a resource for disaster prevention learning and it is effective for natural disaster-type dark tourism to work in cooperation with other organizations related to tourism that has been previously established in the area.
