Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the contents and method of consumer education. We surveyed the opinions of consumer advisers. The responses were analyzed by KJ method, and notable was the fact that “contract” was ranked high in the list of key words. The word “contract” is at the center of the general picture drawn on the basis of the investigation. Surrounding the maximum concept of “contract” are eight elements of “consumer environment”, “information”, “credit”, “consumer trouble”, “dishonest sales”, “consumer consultation”, “consumer ability”, and responsibility”.
