Abstract

Documents were developed which connect learning contents for teachers, and teaching materials for junior high students were written. Using these, we made lesson plans for high school civics classes. Trial lessons were carried out by us and 3 high school civics teachers who conducted classes each. Learning effects were investigated and 5 teachers were interviewed. Based on the results, it is suggested that the legal profession should take part in the development of learning contents and instructional methods, and should become involved in educational policy proposals.
