Chain aggregation process of poly(methyl methacrylate) in the mixed solvent tert-buthyl alcohol + D_2O(1.5vol%) was measured by static light scattering because of the very slow phase separation. The size and molecular weight of aggregates were determined as a function of time after a quench. The aggregation rate showed a minimum at a temperature.
