Abstract

Hirano(1997) proposed "market intelligence" as one of contrastive concept of "organizational intelligence". In this paper, considering "market intelligence" in term of the financial equity market, we clerify that the concept of "market intelligence", which is emerged as the result of people's cooperative intelligence different from "organizational intelligence".

And we conclude that "market intelligence" is realized on three basic functions: fair common rule, competition and information transmission system and it has functions of recognition in terms of statistical data's feedback cycle.

And finally we mention some information systems that support " market intelligence ".
