Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the relation between information ethics consciousness and ethical code consciousness. The questionnaire was the others-acknowledgment and the self-acknowledgment about social troubles. The subjects were junior high school students, high school students and university students. The questionnaire was analyzed by the Factor analysis and the Scatter analysis. Each questionnaire was taking into consideration of the students' gender, grades and two acknowledgments. As a result, girls' consciousness is higher than that of boys'. Concerning social troubles, the others-acknowledgment is better than the self-acknowledgment. The poor result of the high school students' information ethics consciousness was remarkable. The information ethics education for high school students is important. As education in the future, it was suggested that it is important to raise both information ethics consciousness and ethical code consciousness.
