In recent years, the importance of effectiveness verification and analysis of educational practices has been reported. Especially in cases with very high individualized educational needs, such as those with challenging behavior, the use of ICT to manage and analyze the records is expected to become more effective. However, it is a matter of challenge for non-specialists to be able to operate the system and for it to be deployed in schools. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a tool to verify and analyze the effectiveness of educational practices. First, the tool was developed in a format that is easy to implement in schools and can be used by teachers without specialized knowledge. Second, the tool was evaluated by in-service teachers. Third, the use and evaluation of the tool in educational practice by nonspecialist teachers was studied. As a result, the tool was evaluated by in-service teachers as being effective in verifying and analyzing the effectiveness of the tool. Furthermore, it was suggested that the tool could be useful as a support tool for teachers without specialized knowledge in verifying and analyzing the effectiveness of their teaching practice.
