Although it is possible to move a tooth to a position that deviates from the bone housing, it is well known that there is a risk of gingival recession, root resorption, and even alveolar bone resorption during treatment, immediately after treatment, or several years after treatment.
In this article, we will discuss how the teeth deviated from the bone housing by presenting clinical cases of undesirable phenomena such as gingival recession, alveolar bone resorption, and root resorption.
In addition, a treatment plan to prevent gingival recession and root resorption will be presented.
