The ratio of male to female was 2.8:1. As for the diagnostic period of first cancer and secondary cancer, the synchronous cancer represented 31.9% and 68.1% in the metachronous cancer. Regard with the pairing of double cancer on oral region and other organs, digestive system such as, stomach, esophagus occupied the largest half of the pairing.
Histologically, squamous cell carcinoma (scc) and carcinoma of the glandular origin or scc in their separate organ showed the highest pairing rate.
