It is well known that neurilemmoma and neurofibroma are neurogenic tumors. So those tumors occur where ever neural tissue exists, but are rarely observed in the oral region. Here, we report two cases of neurogenic tumors.
Case 1: A 4-year-old boy had a pea size tumor at the lingual side gingiva from B to B in the mandible. Tumor was excised and diagnosed as plexiform neurofibroma.
Case 2: A 11-year-old boy had a pea size tumor at the right lower lip. The lesion was diagnosed as a neurilemmoma (Antoni Type A).
