A case of a 60-year-old female with pleomorphic adenoma of the deep lobe of the parotid gland extended to the parapharyngeal space is presented.
The clinical, pathological and radiographic features are described. Treatment and diagnosis for this neoplasm are reviewed with some literary considerations.
