We treated a case of neurilemoma of the cervical vagal nerve in a 25-year-old woman who complained of swelling in the left cervical region, with no other symptoms. The tumor was enucleated together with its capsule after careful abrasion from the vagal nerve. It was histopathologically diagnosed as a neurilemoma of Antoni type A and B. There were no postoperative complications.
