We report a rare case of a dentigerous cyst associated with a cementomatous lesion in the left side of the maxilla. The patient was a 42-year-old man who had swelling of the left side of the cheek. Radiographic examination showed a cystic lesion with opaque foci around an impacted wisdom tooth. Computed tomography (CT) revealed that the cystic lesion measured 30 × 20 × 20 mm. The lesion was surgically treated by enucleation with radical sinusotomy and extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth, performed with the patient under general anesthesia. Histopathological examination revealed that the cyst wall was lined by non-keratinized squamous epithelium and a cementomatous lesion was seen around the impacted wisdom tooth.
