An angiomyoma is a benign tumor usually located in the lower extremities of middle-aged women. It is rarely found in the oral region. We report a case of angiomyoma arising in the hard palate. A 39-year-old man was referred to our clinic because of a painless mass in the hard palate. The tumor measured about 8 × 8 mm and was a localized, elastic soft, mucosal swelling of the hard palate. The histopathological diagnosis was angiomyoma. Postoperative observation has revealed no recurrence, as of 4 years after surgery.
