Abstract
Patient: A 19-year-old female patient presented to our hospital for orthodontic treatment. She had a bilateral cleft lip and palate and had lost bone on premaxilla and both sites of central and lateral incisor teeth. She received a bone graft from ilium and prosthetic treatment supported by dental implants.
Discussion: After 3 year's observation, bone volume of the premaxilla showed no significant change and masticatory efficiency was improved.
Conclusion: Bone graft and implant prosthesis were effective for the patient with bilateral cleft lip and palate who lost the incisor teeth and bone of the premaxilla.
