We analyzed changes in cancer screening of uterine cervix in mass screening by Akita Kouseikai. Markedly increase of juvenile dysplasias and cancers in near decade was pointed out. Particularly, increase of juvenile dysplasias was conspicuous. Effective induce of cancer screening for young women is indispensable.
