Abstract
The author retired Cooperative Research Center (CRC) in the University of Electro-Communications (UEC) in March 2012 after 16 years of a liaison professor. He was requested to let the members of JSIP know his experiences for some examples. This article depends on his last lecture in UEC on small history of his activities.
