Photograph collage has begun immediately just after the photograph was invented at the beginning of the 19th century. And the special effect by the photograph collage was immediately taken in the work of the cinema film, many works were made in the 20th century. Recently, people can make the composite photograph easily according to the development of the computer and the software. Even in the past, there were a lot of problems concerning the photograph collage. But, much more complex problems should be seen with progress of IT society in these days. In this paper, analyzing the present condition about the relation between the legal issue and the photograph collage especially at the point of the intellectual property legislation, I would think about the subject and the view.
