A support method for introducing skill education in individuals using New OJT system via remote e-learning has been developed. This method is proved to be effective for the education to raise workers' skill higher. However, it is not suitable for gaining fundamental knowledge, and the efficiency of acquisition of fundamental knowledge by a learner remains low. To increase this efficiency, we propose a new method that provides complimentary education for learners who do not have adequate fundamental knowledge. We predict a learner's fundamental knowledge from paper-based tests and operation data obtained from an NC machine using a Bayesian network. As the result of experiments, our system raised the efficiency of learner's acquirement of fundamental knowledge and high-level skills.
