Our method has been enriched from the original KIZKI algorithm by introducing a pair of schemes of anisotropic lattice and of micro-saccadic processing in digital image. An anisotropic lattice was designed by imitating the human retina configuration of foveal and peripheral visions. A saccadic processing was fabricated by using the mean-shift method within the whole image so that effective careful inspection could reduce the cost with no degradation in performance. Experiments using texture images with defects showed that the proposed method becomes capable to cope with the tiny defects.
