抄録

Following the previous report (Part I) here the relationship between the shape of wear land and the tool life is discussed. In connexion with this, especially heat sensitive tool materials have the characteristic of selective wear which has something to do with the shape of wear land or tool life.
In order to make the wear process of G-series carbide tools, a comparison with S-series carbide tools by use of the same material cut, FC 27, is made.
