Two new species of the genus Platychora ERICHSON from the Oriental region are described and compared with the related species: Platychora opaca sp. nov. (Thailand, Laos) and P. hisamatsui sp. nov.(Laos). Male of Platychora glabra JELINEK is described and additional distributional data on this species from Malaysia are published.
