A review of the genus Dexagria with a key to species are presented. This genus belonging to the subfamily Paramacronychiinae is distributed in Central and East Asia and four species were recognized. A new species, Dexagria sinuata Xue, Verves and Wang, is described, a new combination, Dexagria ussuriensis (Pape, 1998), is proposed and the genus Primorya Pape, 1998 is synonymized with Dexagria Rohdendorf, 1978. Furthermore, the genus Cattasoma Reihard, 1947 is transferred from the subtribe Dexaqgriina to the subtribe Agriina and the members of the subfamily Paramacronychiinae are listed.
