Solid Phase Radio immunoassay 法による供血者のオーストラリア抗原の分布についての検討

The distribution of Australia antigen (Au-ag) and the antibody towards the antigen (Au-ab) in family donors in Blood Transfusion Center, School of Medicine, Keio University, was studied by using Solid Phase radioimmunoassay technique.
Au-ag was detected in 5.9% of the tested donors, and Au-ab was detected in 23%.
No relationship among the value estimated of Au-ag, SGOT and SGPT in donors could be found.
