Abstract
A dog with a classical course of toxic epidermal necrolysis is reported. A13-year-old, intact female West Highland White Terrier presented with fever and generalized epidermal necrosis. Histopathologic examination on the skin biopsy revealed epidermal coagulation necrosis, individual cell necrosis and satellite cell necrosis. The dog received intensive care, but died a few days later.
