A 10-year-old American Cocker Spaniel presented with bilateral chronic otitis. Obstruction of the ear canal was identified because of multiple nodes and swelling of the ear canal. The ear canal nodes were removed by video otoscope and semiconductor laser. The pathological findings were ceruminous gland adenoma and ceruminous gland hyperplasia. After the procedure, the ear canals were washed with neutral electrolyzed water at regular intervals. On the 60th day following the procedure, the ear canal problem had successfully improved.
