Abstract

A golden retriever came to our hospital with papules and depigmentation around the paws. A diagnosis of epithelial tropic T-cell lymphoma was made based on histopathological examination of biopsy tissue. Treatment was initiated with retinoids, but the patient did not respond adequately. After switching to oclacitinib on day 204, the dog responded well and has continued to do well for more than one year after the start of this treatment without side effects. These results suggest that oclacitinib is effective and safe for the treatment of epitheliotropic T-cell lymphomas.
