A 1-year-old female Golden Retriever was presented with swelling, crusting, and hemorrhage on the eyelids, lips, and nasal planum. Based on the clinical presentations and the histopathological findings, a diagnosis of sterile granulomatous dermatitis and lymphadenitis was made. The dog had been mated prior to the onset of the disease, and two of her litter developed the same disease at the age of 2 months.
