Abstract
Two dogs with idiopathic sterile granuloma and pyogranuloma diagnosed based on clinical and histopathological features, were treated with tetracycline and niacinamide. Case 1 was not improved with glucocorticoides and azathioprine, but was treated successfully with tetracycline and niacinamide. Case 2 was not improved with tetracycline and niacinamide, but was treated with oriental herbs successfully.
