Primary cardiac neoplasms are extrem ely rare. Recently, it was noted in several reports that the radionuclide angiocardiography was particularly evaluated for the diagnosis of intracardiac tumors. In this paper, a case of left atrial myxoma diagnosed by the radionulide angiocardiography was presented, which was surgically treated with success.
