Abstract
As in the past, there are three main characteristics of competitive diagnosis. First, the objects of competitive diagnosis; management system (micro) level. Second, the techniques for competitive diagnosis; aided technique developed of competitive strategy (ex. SWOT Analysis, Experience curve and so on). Third, static competitive diagnosis; a specific point in time, each factor etc. However, there is a limitation in the management diagnosis methodology and the framework in industry that controls of nation state like the semiconductor industry. In this thesis, I present a important points. That is the relationship analysis among the three components; economic system (macro), industrial system (semi-macro), and management system (micro).
