Abstract
In order to keep and support health and happy life of local residents in aging society with a falling birthrate, it is significant to establish and manage the community comprehensive health care system. And, it is necessary to build the Evaluation Support System which evaluates the present condition and progress situation of the community comprehensive health care system, and keeps improving it for establishing and managing it very well. Therefore, in this paper, ideals and roles of the Evaluation Support System for the community comprehensive health care system are described. Next, function, contents, and methods of the Evaluation Support System are designed and proposed. Finally, the result of surveys for local residents and health-medical-welfare facilities in Aomori prefecture was applied to the Evaluation Support System, and outcome and problems of this system are discussed.
