Abstract
In June of 2005, the Long-Term Care Insurance was changed and the “Community General Support Center” was founded. Community General Support Center aims to support the improvement of medical health and welfare of citizens, and is hoped to support care prevention. Hence, it is said that there is a difference between centers in the way they work on their services. In this study, we pay attention to operation condition of center's service, and analyze about service records in centers. In addition, we will pay attention to policy of center managers, and analyze and examine relation of policy to service records.
