Abstract
In the Chinese production company, I tend to be aggressive for globalization and the IT management by pushing of a sudden change and the government policy of the management environment. However, the globalization advances rapidly, but the reform of the management system lacking in recognition is late non-perfection of the management structure, and IT management is that making it it does not still work enough effectively for the causes such as misses in lack of global IT management talented person, a globalization standard, and this is the important problem of the production company now.
