In this study, the author clarified the current conditions of the councils for collaboration between Occupational and Public health services in Japan. In particular, the study focused the councils hosted by the health centers, which are positioned as project organizers in each of the second healthcare management areas. About various activities of each council, the author analyzed common points of cooperation promotion situation of each health center and feature extraction method. As a result, it became clear that the progress of collaboration can be confirmed from three viewpoints: workplace organizations; regional medical institutions; organizers for collaborative projects such as health centers. It was suggested that the health centers can be classified into two types by the management of issues: one that focuses issues in the workplace; the other that captures health issues more broadly than those in the workplace.
