Analysis of the Elderly-People Welfare Service Management in the Selected 7 Companies

Abstract

This report aims at identifyingmanagerial issues being encountered by those corporations engaging in the elderly-people welfare services and making some managerial policy suggestions for their future improvement through the analysis of some selected corporations whose primary business is the provision of elderly-people welfare services. In this report , therefore, profitability, financial stability and labor-productivity of seven such companies are analyzed from micro-economics perspective, and, on that basis, the future directions of their managerial policy improvement are investigated and some suggestions on the improvement of the future national policy of
