Abstract

Tracking industry is some serious problems in human resource. Because tracking industry is labor-intensive industry and firms in tracking industry are small firms inmost cases. Labor-intensive industry is low pay and hard working. Small firms in tracking industry are difficult in developing human resources. Thus industry group needs to educatemany employees of small firms in tracking industry.
