実習生の悩みについての調査及びその解析手法に関する一考察

抄録

 The purpose of this study is a proposal of analysis method about troubles of cadets in the training ship. The cadets in the training ship differ from students in land in that cadets spend the day with same members. Therefore, cooperation attach importance to life in the ship. There is a possibility that cadets leave over their troubles, for their trouble disorganize the cooperation in the ship. Consequently, instructors have to share the knowledge about what kind of troubles they have and how to cope with them for they acquire the nature and the ability required as seaman.
