（正）Abstract: It is essential for successful ICSI to select the spermatozoa with good motility and morphology and keep the quality of gametes throughout ICSI procedure. Embryogists are required a fundamental knowledge of the gametes for protection of them. Especially, we must take grate care to treat cumulus oocyte complexes with hyaluronidase solution and immobilize motile spermatozoa and inject a spermatozoon into oocyte.
