Companies in Japan are so eager to implement ISO14001 based environmental management system(EMS) and issuing Environmental Report and Environmental Accounting Reports. In the coming greener market situation in 21th century such as compliance with more stringet legal requirement and GHG reduction requirement, corporate environmental management has to be incoporatede with corporate management policy. Gennuine high quality Environmental Management will enlarge business chance and make the profit. Organization can survive only when it fulfills the greener environmental management market requirements.{1, 2}
