Readjustment Plan of Arable Land Seen by Notice Plan of Building Line in Prewar Times and Urbanization

Cases in Otaku, Katushikaku and Edogawaku in Tokyo

Abstract

In this study, author studies about standard of the readjustment plans of arable land in prewar times, the relation with building line and the urbanization in the readjusted block. As the result, the readjustment plans of arable land has the standard of the block size and the load width. But, the block is oversize for residence, then, it needed the building line.
