The analysis of spatially located buildings is one of the basic concerns of the city planners. This paper examines building-concerns which is the basic ratio of an urban block. Using the B-W-B Join System in cell model, we derive the quasi-coverage. For example 60% coverage corresponds to 80% quasi-coverage and 25% coverage to 30% quasi-coverage.
