The community development projects of the discriminated settlements have consisted of improving the economic, social, cultural and physical conditions, and they have been performed as people’s actions or join efforts of people and governmenfs. The physical improvement plans have had wide varieties, and they have contained the improvements of farm lands, home industries, and their environments, as well as houses, roads sewage service, playgrounds, community centers and nurseries etc.
