Regarding the data of mid-Meiji era on the above-stated drafts, I have already put it in order and summarized under a separate study, the report of which was publicized. Based on that report, I herein present a further study of the drafts as follows. 1. The relation between this data (1889-1894) and the social conditions in mid-Meiji era 2. Close examination on the classification of the drafts into five stages 3. The process of making out the final draft
