The purpose of this paper is to clear the issues of city planning about the districts mid-to-high rise apartments accumulate in Tokyo-ku-area. Through the analysis statistics and by surveying the typical districts (selected 26 districts) the following becomes clear; (1) A third of building stock in Tokyo-ku-area is mid-to-high rise apartment houses. (2) some problems and subjects are arranged about these apartments allocation from view point of "Mixed (the land use , building use , height , etc ) "
