周辺市街地における「整序型」 地区計画適用事例に関する考察

By the end of 1986, 208examples of district plans had been legally instituted. The object of this study is to analyze the examples which the District Planning System was applied for the urban sprawl areas. These examples didn't be found before, but recently increased. Through hearing and questionnaire research, we classified these examples into four types examined the content, the character, and problemes of each type. Among these types, most significant case, i.e guiding plan are mentiond 9c-ases.
