The objective of this study is to analyze the feasibility of new transport systems. Interview survey was carried out at Narita airport, and modal choice models were calibrated with attitudinal data for the new mode. The techniques to re-estimate the model parameters with aggregated volumes of existing transpotation modes were developed in order to modify the stated preference. The results of this paper shows the feasibility to build some heliports in Tokyo metropolitan area from the viewpoints of passenger demand and the ope-rating cost.
